Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure all parts and components are included. Items that are used, assembled, or not in their original, resalable condition cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs We believe returns should be hassle-free. Trinyza LLC will cover the cost of return shipping by providing you with a prepaid return label. You will not be responsible for return shipping fees.
No Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.
